How long does it take to generate a video?

Most AI videos are generated within a few minutes. You'll receive a push notification as soon as your creation is ready, so you can close the app and come back later.

What are PonPon credits and how do they work?

PonPon credits are the in-app currency used to create AI videos. Each effect costs a set number of credits. You can earn credits through your subscription's weekly allowance, purchase credit packs, or receive them as rewards.

What's included in each subscription tier?

PonPon offers Free, Pro and Max tiers. Subscribers receive a weekly credit allowance that refreshes automatically, along with benefits like priority support and early access to new features (Pro). You can view full tier details on the subscription page within the app.

How does the weekly allowance work?

Active subscribers receive a weekly credit allowance that resets automatically each billing cycle. Your weekly allowance is used first when creating videos, so your purchased credits are preserved for later.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your weekly allowance and wallet balance are both depleted, the app will offer you options to top up credits or upgrade your subscription to continue creating.

Can I use PonPon without creating an account?

Yes. You can get started immediately with device login — no email or sign-up required.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings at any time.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Go to Settings or the Wallet page and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your subscription and credits to your current device.
